How We're Helping Western N.C.

Our hearts are heavy as we see the devastating impact of Hurricane Helene. To help, we're donating a portion of our event ticket proceeds to relief funds. In addition, we've decided to create a special batch of DishCourse candles, with 100% of proceeds going to recovery efforts in the mountains. Our candles are beloved by our guests, and we want to share that love during this difficult time.

Hi, I'm Heather!

I moved from Milwaukee, Wisconsin to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2018. I was 25 years old, newly single, and as an adult, I had no idea how to make new friends. After some time (and trying everything) I found my community, but I wished there was an easier way to meet like-minded people in an intimate setting.

That's when I thought of DishCourse. My goal is to grow the social wealth of everyone in Charlotte by inviting you to join us at a table of 6 strangers for dinner, brunch, or drinks.
